You will learn the issues and challenges with 1031 exchanges, and about the IRS’ extensions regarding the California Natural Disaster Notices. By understanding how the 1031 exchange works, utilizing proper planning and structuring the exchange within the guidelines and requirements of IRC Section 1031, you will be able to help guide your client to successfully achieve their objectives when doing an exchange.
