We need help from YOU!

The CSEA Legislative committee’s goals are to promote CSEA positions on tax professional and client tax issues.
Our two (2) big efforts during the year are the summer and the annual

January Jim Stern Day visits to local legislators.

I want to encourage all members of our Sacramento chapter to volunteer to visit their own Senate or Assembly member. The legislators and their staff are very professional and enjoy meeting with their constituents and discussing current tax issues. The summer visits are usually at the Legislator’s local office and the Jim Stern Day is always at the Capital.

There is a recently updated training manual and a 2014 CSEA handout packet available to help prepare for the visits.
